Registering Someone Else or Registering a Group

In order to successfully register someone else or a group:

  • You must already have your own MyNACCHO account, or you must create your own account.
  • Your account must be affiliated with your organization.
  • The persons you are registering must have a MyNACCHO account.
  • Their account must also be affiliated with your organization in order for you to see them in the roster.
After you have created your account, you must email NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org the following information for yourself and the persons you need to register:

Full Name, Designation (ex: MPH, RN, MD, etc.)   
Title   
Affiliated Health Department/Org 
Email
Mobile Phone  


Once we have added the above information into our system, we will then reply to your email instructing you to move forward with your group registration. 

Please allow for up to 12 hours to receive a response.

Group Registration Eligibility:

  • Group registration discount of $50 per registrant applies to 3 or more registrants in a group (the first two are full price, third registrant and beyond receive the discounted rate).
  • Discounts do not apply to speaker, student, military, or single-day registrations.
  • NACCHO will not pull together open, individual invoices into master invoices for those that have already registered individually.

Things to Know

Submitting Payment

We must receive your credit card payment/check payment in full, or completed PO with invoice reference by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, July 15, 2024. Full payment, refund, and cancellation policies can be found on the Registration Terms & Conditions page and on our FAQ page. Please visit the Registration Terms & Conditions page to learn more.

Health & Safety

Discounted Rates

The group rate becomes available when you register 3 or more individuals at once. 

The student rate is available for full-time students. Before registering, students should email NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org their student ID or other proof of enrollment.

The speaker or poster presenter rate is available to individuals that have been approved as a speaker or poster presenter at NACCHO360.
