** The Full Informatics Registration fee includes admission to all regular conference sessions and the exhibit hall. This fee also includes breaks and the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall.
If five or more individuals from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive a $100 group discount off of the cost of the full conference registration rate. The group discount is only applicable to Full Conference Informatics registrations. If it is determined that a registrant is not qualified for the discount rate, the registrant will be notified and asked to register at the appropriate rate. If you would like to register more than one individual from the same organization at the same time, please click “Add another person” on the “Checkout” page.
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing, to Informaticsreg@conferencemanagers.com. To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $75 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by the Informatics Registration Manager no later than 11:59 PM PST on July 21, 2016. Cancellations received from July 22 until 11:59 PM PST of August 11, 2016, will receive a 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given starting August 12, 2016.
Substitutions are permitted at any time, and must be submitted in writing to Informaticsreg@conferencemanagers.com. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
July 21, 2016: Last day to receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee
July 22-August 11, 2016: 50% refund minus a $75 administrative fee
August 12, 2016: REFUNDS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
