Registration Fees

Early bird registration rates end March 18, 2014.

* All group, student, speaker, and poster presenter registrations will be verified to ensure that registrants qualify for these special rates.

** The Full Informatics Registration fee includes admission to all regular conference sessions and the exhibit hall. This fee also includes breaks and the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall. Lunch will be provided on Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30.

Group Discount

If five or more individuals from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive a $75 group discount off of the cost of the full conference registration rate. The group discount is only applicable to Full Conference Informatics registrations. If it is determined that a registrant is not qualified for the discount rate, the registrant will be notified and asked to register at the appropriate rate.

Group discounts are not available through online registration.  If you would like to obtain the discounted group rates, please download and complete the Registration form and submit by fax to (703) 964-1246.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, to Informaticsreg@conferencemanagers.com. All refunds come via check, regardless of original payment method. To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $75 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by the Informatics Registration Manager no later than 11:59 PM PST on March 28, 2014. Cancellations received from March 28 until 11:59 PM PST of April 18, 2014, will receive a 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given starting April 18, 2014.

Substitutions are permitted at any time, and must be submitted in writing to Informaticsreg@conferencemanagers.com. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
